Description

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
➢ Prepare daily Cash & Bank Reconciliation
➢ Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
➢ Prepare Working Capital Analysis Report and Submitted to GM Finance for decision
Making Purpose.
➢ Prepare Monthly Account Closings
➢ Prepare Salaries of Employees and Disbursement.
➢ Petty cash management, reconciliation & accounting
➢ Prepare Sales Tax Invoices and File the Sales Tax Return.
➢ Prepare Income Tax Challan and File the Income Tax Return.
➢ Organize and maintain hard and digital filing systems of all financial documents
➢ Negotiation with Suppliers for Purchase of Material.
➢ Perform other tasks related to accounts
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
➢ Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
➢ Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
➢ Assist in the processing of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/c and other Financial Statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
➢ Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
➢ Salaries (WPS), allowances and leave pay computation
➢ Petty cash management, reconciliation & accounting
➢ Assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks
➢ Organize and maintain hard and digital filing systems of all financial documents
➢ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
➢ Perform other tasks related to accounts
Prepare the Loan Documents (i.e., ERF-II FCF &FAPC-II) and dispatched to Bank for the grant of loan.
➢ Update the Cash flow statement.
➢ Assist the Deputy General Manager Finance for preparing the Working Capital Analysis Report, Labour Efficiency details, Material Variance Analysis Report and FOH variance report that was submitted to the GM Finance at the end of each month.
➢ Relationship with the Banks to check the Loan cushions availed and balance.
➢ Process and reconcile bank deposits& Bank Payments and report to GM Finance.
➢ Prepare the Exchange gain & loss at the end of month.
➢ Prepare Export Tracking Sheet to track the shipments and follow-up the payments.
➢ Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.
➢ Assist to conduct Monthly Internal Audit of Production Material.
